Canucks Can Get Free Birthday Food and Treats
1. The Denny’s
Be a part of Denny’s reward program. You can get a free Original Grand Slam meal at Denny’s on your birthday. It includes pancakes, sausages, bacon, and eggs. You will need to show an ID that works.
2. The Red Robin
Sign up for the “Red Robin Royalty program” to get a free fancy burger on your birthday. The burger is worth $6.99 to $11.99 anyway.
This deal is good in both B.C. and Alberta, and you can get it any day in the month of your birthday.
3. IHOP
If you join the “Pancake Revolution e-Club,” you’ll get free pancakes on your birthday. You must have a real ID. It’s available in Alberta, B.C., and Ontario.
4. The South St. Burger
If you join their birthday club, they’ll send you a coupon for a Buy One, Get One FREE Burger on your birthday. At least 24 hours before your birthday, you need to sign up. Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia all offer it.
5. The Harvey’s
Get a gift burger on your birthday if you sign up for their email.
6. Chinese Buffet at Mandarin
You can get a free birthday buffet when you sign up for their “Mandarin Dish” magazine. You will need to be with three paid adults to get your freebie.

Want to get free food on your birthday? If you are an adult living in Brampton, Ontario, on your birthday you can get a free meal with up to three other adults. You must have a real ID.

Thrifty Foods will give parents in British Columbia a free cake for their child’s first birthday. The cake is 8 inches by 12 inches and comes in three different colors.

Sign up for My Cold Stone Club Rewards to get a free birthday treat in Canada that is one of the best. On your birthday, a “buy one, get one” (BOGO) discount is added to your account.

20. The Lone Star Texas Grill

Sign up for Kelsey’s email and get a free spinach dip. On your birthday, you’ll also get a free dessert. This deal is only good for people who eat in. Coupons will not get to you for 24 to 48 hours, so make sure you sign up for them ahead of time.

When you turn 35, you get three times as many points as usual. When you have enough points, you can use them to get a free meal. A meal costs 400 points.
26. Big Macs
If you join the Hootclub, on your birthday you’ll get 10 free boneless Hooters wings.
27. Bagels from Kettleman’s
If you have the reward card or the app, you can get a dozen free bagels on your birthday. You have to have been a Kettlemans loyalty member for at least 30 days to get this deal.
28. Fries from New York
If you join the Fry Society reward program, you’ll get a free order of regular fries every year on your birthday. You can also get a free regular-sized poutine if you add $25 to your account ahead of time.
29. The Complete Works
You can get a coupon for a free burger when you join The Works Burgers To Go Club. Sign up at least nine days before your birthday to be able to take part. You’ll also have the chance to win prizes and enter events.
30. Pizza The pizza
Get your kid into the Kids Club. They will get a free pizza and birthday card a few weeks before their birthday. The card will say anything from a cheese or pepperoni pizza slice to a 355 ml can of pop, 250 ml of milk, or a 500 ml bottle of water.
